My grandfather established a hardware machinery factory in Panyu, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province in 1999. It is the largest place for producing amusement equipment in China, specializing in the production of hardware and plastic components. The factory has a metal production workshop covering an area of 1500 square meters.The main products are all kinds of hardware and plastic components for vending machines and arcade games. Our customers mainly include domestic traders and manufacturers. In 2006, my father took over the hardware machinery factory from my grandfather and started assembling and selling complete machines.Since my father didn't understand English or trade, he could only supply to domestic traders or manufacturers who would take our components and assemble them themselves. Even though at that time more than 70% of the products on the market came from my father's machinery factory, we didn't have direct sales overseas.It wasn't until 2008 when I graduated with a major in international trade English that I began selling our self-produced capsule vending machines, candy vending machines, gumball vending machines, bouncy ball vending machines, stick vending machines, tattoo vending machines, toy vending machines, claw machines etc., to foreign countries. Currently our products are sold in all 34 provinces of China and exported to 56 countries.After twenty years of development with excellent product quality as our foundation,our factory has now become a manufacturer integrating production research & development and sales for vending machine industry. We have built our own brand NYNO,ensuring timely production schedule and high-quality manufacturing process from production to installation to testing for all components,focusing on R&D efforts towards improving quality and performance of our vending machine models,striving to deliver top-notch quality products to our customers.Although my grandfather has passed away,his spirit of dedication towards researching about vending machine continues to inspire me. My grandfather once told me: "Rather than money,our mission is to manufacture fantastic vending machines for our customers." This sense of value and mission needs to be deeply ingrained in our hearts in order for our company to achieve long-term development with our customers.
